Empirix provides a solution for comprehensive Customer Experience Management (CEM) through their Business Intelligence platform which performs extensive KPI’s/KQI’s analysis and alarm generations along with subscriber data enrichment by integrating with the service provider’s CRM platform.
The CEM solution is based on modular platforms wherein each one consists of different functionalities, but the core of the solution is Intelligent Data Mediation & Correlation (IDMC) Platform- a mediation device that can accept 3rd party data and harmonize with the existing probes.
The second main component is the dashboard or presentation layer where KPI’s, KQI’s, alarms are shown with a Near Real Time approach.
CEM solution encompasses the following features:
Engine for creating and customizing KPI based on the Gn, LTE and IuPS interfaces
Possibility to create ad-hoc DR based on input DR
Easily configurable reports and dashboards, which can be scheduled and automatically delivered.
Analytics on PS Core User Plane associated to Groups of Applications (web, p2p, mail, video/voice, social-networking, etc). Groups of Applications are customizable and are based on the DPI (Deep Packet Engine) engine.
PS Analytic Package constituted by a data model composed by metrics and dimensions on Gn interface
LTE Analytic Package constituted by a data model composed by metrics and dimensions on S1 interface
IuPS Analytic Package constituted by a data model composed by metrics and dimensions on IuPS interface
