Exclaimer Cloud is hosted within Microsoft datacenters, so the Office 365 emails never leaves the Microsoft Cloud infrastructure.

When the users send emails via Office 365 from any device, messages are passed from Office 365 and are routed to one of Exclaimer’s regional Azure servers. Exclaimer Cloud Services sees the emails and applies the branded, compliant and professional Office 365 email signature to each message. These emails are then passed back to Office 365 server and are sent out as normal.

This is how simple it is! All emails will be guaranteed to have the correct email signatures while staying within the Microsoft Cloud environment.
