Business Need : Mr. Sabu, IT Manager-Target Engineering Construction Company LLC, was looking for an application to calculate daily work hours for each employee as per the company norms. As they already had existing devices, it was a necessity for him to integrate the time-tracking application with their current devices.

 

Solution Offered : We offered customized time attendance software-gold version scalable up to 1000 users to the client and integrated the application with their existing devices. This application has enabled them to calculate the total number of hours employees worked excluding breaks, lunch time and meetings. As an add on, we also made provision for excellent MIS reports for early leavers, late comers and absentees. Our application automates the daily attendance process and reduces the risk of errors that are common in a manual system, and allows the workforce to be more productive rather than wasting time on  administrative tasks which add no value to the staff or to the company.
