This project covered a wide scope of cooperation between Prologix and Etisalat-Alcatel Lucent for providing key IP infrastructure arrangements and ultra-broadband access technologies, as well as customer experience solutions.
It was carried out for a duration of 2years from 2008 to2009. Etisalat, is one the UAE's leading telecommunications company. This partnership was intended in developing and applying the latest networking technologies and to design, build and run scalable, cost-effective customer care operations to enhance mobile broadband accessibility and improve digital customers' experiences.
Prologix has a long-standing collaboration with Etisalat. With the technical leadership and transformation expertise, Prologix was able to support Etisalat unleash its full business potential and deliver innovative solutions that push the boundaries of the telecoms industry to provide an unmatched mobile broadband experience. We managed the connectivity network that enabled Etisalat to offer more stable, scalable and flexible connectivity platform across the UAE. Harnessing high quality end-to-end unified network connectivity solution for Etisalat and to improve the quality of it's network infrastructure the UAE.
This project reflects our commitment to adopt technological advancements for providing seamless connectivity, swift and reliable service to the broker network. The unified network connectivity solution is fully managed and supported by state-of-art Etisalat's Network Operations Center (NOC) which offers around the clock, 365 days a year service level support.
This implementation offers more stable, scalable and flexible connectivity platform across the UAE.

Activities in execution of the project included fiber pulling, splicing, testing, ODF installation, rosette installation in various Etisalat Regions. With a supply of dedicated manpower including Managers, Site Supervisors, Sr. Technicians, Riggers & Engineers who govern the project round-clock, execution of the project was made easy. Also, a dedicated supply of machinery, tools and equipment including splicing van, OTDR, laser source, power meters, optical testers, wire pullers, wire strippers, RJ45/11 crimping tools, copper cable tracers & cable cutters, helped a lot in the completion of the project.
