Avaya and HP (NYSE: HPQ) Enterprise Services (ES) recently announced a multi – year agreement to deliver the world – class cloud –based unified communications and contact center technology, and management solutions for enterprises. With an aim to provide highest quality services, both of them together will sell a combined portfolio of Unified Communications-as-a-Service, contact center – as – a - service, and infrastructure modernization services.

With the perfect combination of the HPs expertise in services delivery and with the Avaya’s strong unified communications and contact center portfolio will create one of the most advanced solutions in the industry. The solution will be delivered with the same standard of care which puts Avaya services above the industry benchmark along with the added benefit of HP’s industry leading cloud capabilities.

This agreement is going to mark another major step in Avaya in transforming to software and services company. HP Helion solutions will become cornerstone of Avaya’s cloud offerings deployed in HP’’s global infrastructure. The Avaya-HP agreement addresses growing global demand for comprehensive, secure, reliable business collaboration solutions, delivered as a service.
